Once you get them, I would rotate pressing against minis and reverse band mini bench presses each week after your bench sets. Just go for three rep maxes and try to beat them each week. If you get boards let me know. You probably only need a two or three board.
Getting ready to order the monster minis tonight, can't wait to work with them. Also I am going to build some boards within the next few weeks, figured I can make a 1, 2, and 3 board for the price of a 4 board.

Your 20 rep work on squats is nothing short of inspiring. 400 is yours for the asking, no doubt about it.

Monster squatting! You will blow right by 405, I have no doubt.

Some good ideas on bench accessory stuff, too.

I like your style Mab - going for a 19 repper after all those 1000 lb reps!! Simply incredible to do a 295 X19 - yes, you have obviously been working your butt off, and have some great conditioning as well.

A huge thanks to all of you, you guys help keep me going!

@Squatter- I try to keep my conditioning with weight as high a possible because I plan on trying a strongman contest this year and they do a lot of weighted cardio type stuff. Farmers, yoke, high rep deads and squats etc...

2/6/12

Axle C&P
195x3
195x2
195x2
175x8 Clean 6 of them, but ran out of breath

Weight Chins
90x2
90x2
90x1
90x1
90x0
55x7

CGBP
265x1
265x2
265x2
265x1
265x1
235x7

Barbell Curls SS with Weighted Dips
120x5
65x8
120x4
65x7

Notes: Cleaning that axle is impossible, I can press the weight with somewhat ease but I use everything I have to clean it.

Thinking about switching out chins sometime soon since I hit my short term goal. They are just starting to become very hard since I'm trying to get into the 220.

Hit CGBP really hard tonight to try and improve my lock-out.

Weighted dips felt really good tonight and somehow made my elbow feel better.

What is "axle" C&P? You are using a different bar?. 175 X6 to clean and press is amazing, as are those +90 lb chins. Strongman seems to be a natural for you as well. Great job

Ya, cleaning an axle bar sounds like a bitch.

Thanks just a matter of finding a competition that I can train the events for.

Thanks really hoping to do a contest sometime soon, early summer would be ideal but it all depends on whats around.

An axle is a 2-3 inch bar that doesn't rotate like a regular bar, very thick and hard to clean.
