I was looking through my journal and it seemed my best gains in the deadlifting came from much higher reps. For example before my last meet I never pulled above 385 for a regular set and almost hit 500. So after this meet I'm going to go to a 3x5 followed by a 1x10, much more work then most people do for the deadlift but surprisingly my back feels fine right now and I thought about doing a few more sets. I kept andersons at the 1/2 because when I was squating on Friday I noticed that was the weakest part, so I'm going to hammer that area for a few weeks before going down to full squats. |

Not to worried about breaking records with sprinting, mostly do it to burn some extra calories. It was weird though either I'm really fast or really slow, almost never have an issue with endurance.
