I can't believe that you are able to do 275x20 without some form of collapse. That is unbelieveable squatting my man. So 365 was a PR, when was the last time you tested it? I ask because you did 10 pounds over your PR for 5 reps in the same session. I daresay your real squat single PR is closer 400 because the fatigue from the first sets would obviously hamper you. Keep pushing those 20 reps, maybe you'll even inspire me to try them again one day. (I tried them about 2 years ago). Nasty!

Last time I maxed out was in December and missed 335. I'm not 100% sure where my real max is but I don't think it is quite at 400 but more around 390.

20 reps are a very nasty thing, but I feel the same pride after a set of those as I do hitting a PR. Also I can already see a difference when doing my normal reps, much easier to recover in between reps so I feel very worth it.

They really aren't that different from a regular bar, I find it much easier on the wrist too.

365x1
365x1

Weighted Situps
45x20
45x20
45x20
45x20

Notes: Felt great today even with only 5 hours of sleep. Just felt like a good day to deadlift, also everything today was either a rep or weight PR so a good day!

I was looking through my journal and it seemed my best gains in the deadlifting came from much higher reps. For example before my last meet I never pulled above 385 for a regular set and almost hit 500. So after this meet I'm going to go to a 3x5 followed by a 1x10, much more work then most people do for the deadlift but surprisingly my back feels fine right now and I thought about doing a few more sets.

I kept andersons at the 1/2 because when I was squating on Friday I noticed that was the weakest part, so I'm going to hammer that area for a few weeks before going down to full squats.

Way to use your journal to analyze everything. Experimenting can lead to good things, good luck with the deadlift.

The way I am doing it right now is good and working, but I just don't like working with doubles and triples every week with them. I feel that 5+ rep deadlifts are the best for me. It's weird though singles with bench press and low rep squats have been working wonders for my 1rm.

2/1/12

30 mins of sprinting, pretty fast today but had a harder time of keeping that speed then usual.

Sometimes just getting out there and doing it is more benefitial than breaking records.

Not to worried about breaking records with sprinting, mostly do it to burn some extra calories. It was weird though either I'm really fast or really slow, almost never have an issue with endurance.

Sprinting is character building!

I like your training in here MAB, those Anderson squats sound increasingly appealing too.
