Any idea when you think I should start add singles to squats? I was thinking last week of February, I should be fine with bench and deadlifts since I'm already playing around with very low reps.
Sorry I think you mentioned this before.

Singles...you could really start right now if you wanted. Key is to not rush into anything and don't overdo things. This would be a good thread topic and you might get some solid suggestions.

I did but no worries, I don't expect you to remember everything about everyones log.

Actually I might just start that thread now and get a few different view points.

Thanks, and yes... yes they are brutal.

I think I'm going to throw in a few but not push it to far for now.

1/23/12
Axel Clean and Press each rep
185x3
185x3
185x3

Chinups
80x3
80x3
80x3
80x3
80x2
45x7

CGBP
245x4
245x4
245x4
245x4
245x4
215x7

Barbell Curl SS with Dips
115x10
45x10
115x9
45x7

Notes: On C&P I could have pressed a few more reps, but just couldn't get in the swing of cleaning today.

Chins felt insanely heavy, I think me gaining weight is starting to catch up with BW type things. Even though I am stronger then last week with chins, I still did this with another 2 pounds.

CGBP felt really easy today could have gone for 5 reps on a few sets but just wasn't feeling 100% tonight.

Yeah, you are killing it, MAB! Excellent numbers all over. There's a BBer at my gym who chins 3 wheels (sick, I know) for reps and I joke with him he should just do one arm chinups! Now, I see you're at almost 2 wheels. That's impressive.

A thank you to both of you!!

2 wheels on chins is actually a short term goal of mine, I would love to get that in the next few months.

1/24/12

Deadlift
485x2
485x1
495x1 PR
455x5 last rep was hitched
455x3 each one went up easy and fast, can't believe I missed the 4th rep

Rack Pulls
465x2
465x1
465x2
465x1
465x1

Anderson Half Squats
355x2
355x2
355x2
355x2
355x1

Situps
45x19
45x19
45x19
45x19

Notes: Even though I hit a PR heavy deads just didn't "feel" right, I don't know just felt weird to do. So instead I lowered it down to 455 and did a bit of rep work, might keep one set of rep work in each weight. A 1x5 and what ever it is the week before my meet will be my opener.

The first set of Andersons felt easy, after that each rep was a mini war in itself. Not a single rep was pretty but they went up, had a few good mornings in there.

Been feeling a bit light headed the past 2 days, think it has to do with sinuses.
