I see how you did pause bench max, then T n G for work. How is that working for you?

I need to start working in some paused bench, but I don't want to stop my normal benching altogether.

Do you have a pattern you follow? Paused X%, then work setsX%? Etc. ?

NIce work overall. Very strong. Keep crushing!

For me at least their is a huge difference in my pause and T n G max so I make sure to work a lot with pausing.

There isn't a % based pattern, its when I am able to get 5 singles and 22-25 total reps with TnG I will move up in weight.

I really like working the two every week because it simulates a meet then I get to hammer the lockout pretty hard since I don't have to pause. I have notice since doing both my max is going up at a nice steady pace and my lockout power has greatly improved.

Thanks been working really hard to get them up.

My weight jumped from 184 last week to 189 as of yesterday so probably around 186-187.
