Deadlift 250x5 290x5 325x10 Squat 170x20 weighted crunch 25x15 25x15 25x15 25x15 Farmers Hold 125x1min (each hand) Notes: First day of school was today so didn't get as much sleep as I wanted so first few sets felt real heavy, but by the last set of Deadlifts was feeling strong. Also I noticed that when I squat my back rounds and I good morning the weight on the way up... week core? |

![]() 8/18/11 Squats 175x5 200x5 230x8 Sumo Deadlift 285x5 285x5 285x5 285x5 285x5 Sidebends 55x10 55x10 55x10 55x10 Farmers Walk (each hand) 185x100ft 185x100ft 185x100ft Notes: This was a really long workout because I have to go to the park for farmers walk so I did everything else in 30-40 mins but loading and unloading then reloading farmers into my car, ended up 2hours. Besides that squat felt a little heavier then what I was expecting, sumos felt really light. 8/19/11 40 Meter Sprints 12 trips Notes: Didn't have a whole lot of time today so just did something easy, didn't feel really winded so my conditioning is improving a lot. |
