Those dips blow me away Mike. I don't think I have ever seem or read about anyone doing more weight than 115. Stunning to say the least. It was refreshing to see you describe a lift as being "hard" for once tho.

Thanks, I don't know why I'm strong at that lift yet my bench is about 350. And yes those were very hard reps.

Notes: I could barely break ground with the 585, I think I'm going to change things up a bit. I'm thinking of having an A and B workout for deadlifts where one week I do 5x2 and a set of 20 then the other week a top set of 5 followed by 20. Besides that error everything else went pretty good.

this is amazing display of intensity and volume ... DLs followed by Bench followed by Squat ... I need at least 3-4 days of rest after that ... great lifting mab ...

^^That's like a volumous reverse meet. Outstanding once again. You'll get that 600 dead in due time!

There is one session where you did enough for a week!!!
Your overall work is still terrific, especially so soon after a meet when you're probably not firing on all cylinders.
As for your deadlift, Steve had Alan on a pretty good program which helped him hit a recent PR.
