Those dips blow me away Mike. I don't think I have ever seem or read about anyone doing more weight than 115. Stunning to say the least. It was refreshing to see you describe a lift as being "hard" for once tho.

There is one session where you did enough for a week!!!
Your overall work is still terrific, especially so soon after a meet when you're probably not firing on all cylinders. As for your deadlift, Steve had Alan on a pretty good program which helped him hit a recent PR.
