Awesome Alex is the new nickname Imp.
Thank you Mike, but I still really like Imp. I just like coming up with new things to try to keep it fresh.

Thanks, it was like this last meet so I'm not to worried it will be back when it's back. Also the 325 was deadlifts, I wish it was squats!

Notes: Felt really good today, was a little surprised at only getting 3 on military press though. One of my main goals right now for some odd reason is to add a lot of mass to my frame. All I can think about right now is two things, a 700lbs deadlift and having huge shoulders.

I don't plan on bodybuilding or anything I just want to be a lot bigger.

Well, you have the lifting/strength part down pat, so all that is left to get huge is to eat like a hungry wolf and sleep like a baby.

Imp it is. Although Alexander the Great is in your future. And I gotta tell you if you go the pro wrestling route Awesome Alex is killer! I called it. Throw some of that coin my way!

And I gotta ask because you're ridiculous, how did you design a program with 5 presses and no pulls except a few curls?

Rock on prodigy. Remember us mortals when you're rich and famous.

Pro wrestling would be awesome, and if on the off chance it happens I will send a little your way!

Well even more presses today, I do a lot of pulling just spread throughout the week. I had already performed 8 sets of chinups this week.
