30 3pps reps how long did that take you?

700 by 19? You have almost 2 years so I know it ain't going to be an issue, especially with the ability to do death sets like that!

Notes: Not a very good day, was still very sore after Monday's "death" set. Right pec was hurting pretty bad in between sets so shut down bench after one set.

Squats were very hard today, not going to do anything else really lower body this week.

OHPing went pretty well for my first shoulder day back.

You should ask Stuart McRobert about deadlift death sets as he went on his 400x20 mission (there is an article on the forum about it actually). High rep deadlifts will cause pain for bloody days for sure! You still manned up and got some work done though.

Thanks Kuyt, yeah I will look up that article sometime. 400x20 is my short term goal, shooting for sometime early next year.
