Great job mab!!! Another smash session in the books. I think you are pound for pound up there with some of the monsters on this site.
Huge deadlifts. 515 beltless and strapless is pretty huge. Great bench PR. Big weights all around.

Like how you did chins scattered throughout the session - good for also stretching out the upper body, which is good when doing bench. Just work in abwork now and your set!!
