Nice lifting Mutant!

Those pause bench are ridiculous. And I like how you were doing 330 squats for 6 doubles, you know, for fun, then just on a whim turned them into 6x 6!

Man, you are unreal.

The 6x2 are my light days to help my conditioning and the 6x6 was an actual strength day. Thank you Mike for the support!
