Nice Deads and Pressing! No doubt those squats come back soon enough. I'll admit, it's comforting for me to see even you have an "off" day from time to time! Well, if squatting 365 is actually considered an off day that is.

New plan for squats, work up to 385 Mon and Friday and when I hit both bump up to 390. On Wen try and hit a set of 5 with an okay weight. Sorry I havn't been around at all, school started back up last week and I have been really busy. I know I won't be on till at least Friday besides updating. |
