That USAPL pause is no joke. Did you rest between reps or do 10 in a row?
Thank you Jen! I'm just trying to get used to the commands again so singles, but the first 5-6 reps maybe 30 secs in between reps. Really just enough time to get a drink of water and rewrap wrist.

Notes: Well it seems the rest of my body is somewhat back from the break execpt my legs. 385, a weight I have done for 5, couldn't even get out of the hole. I don't know what was going on, maybe all the walking while in DC or something. Just not a good workout.

8/11/12

Log Press
155x3
175x3
195x3

Military Press
125x5
145x5

You broke your belt!?! Imp, you are amazing.

Nice Deads and Pressing! No doubt those squats come back soon enough.

I'll admit, it's comforting for me to see even you have an "off" day from time to time! Well, if squatting 365 is actually considered an off day that is.

Yep ripped through the leather during a rackpull.

At least someone likes seeing an off day!

8/13/12

Deadlifts
500x3 Belt but no strap
445x2 Strap no belt
445x2^
445x2^
445x2^

Squats
365x1 Easy
385x1 Very Solid
405x0 no go
345x1 Very Hard/beltless

Bench Press TnG
310x2

Notes: Still not back to previous strength levels, I have hit 505x5 deadlift and 405x2 squat.

New plan for squats, work up to 385 Mon and Friday and when I hit both bump up to 390. On Wen try and hit a set of 5 with an okay weight.

Sorry I havn't been around at all, school started back up last week and I have been really busy. I know I won't be on till at least Friday besides updating.
