I already have knee sleeves but in competition they don't help a whole lot. I would only use them for heavy heavy singles leading up to a meet and at the meet. The rest of the time I would just use my sleeves. The reason I am thinking about it is because since I am dropping to the 181s and going for 2 american records might as well go for the other 2. |

Log Press 125x5 140x5 160x10 Dumbell Row 100x3 100x3 100x3 Axel Press 185x3 185x1 Barbell Curl 110x10 110x8 Notes: One of the worse training days I have ever had. I came into today feeling great did log clean and press with a lot of ease. The very next thing I do is drop a 25 pound weight on my right foot, it hurt a lot but I finished the workout. I wasn't able to really do a whole lot after that, now I'm laying on the couch with my foot elevated on ice and hoping I'm able to lift by Saturday. My mom is making me stay home friday to go to the ER to make sure nothing is broken, it didn't hurt so bad during the workout but now that I'm just sitting here it hurts pretty bad and is really swollen. Right now I can't even put a shoe on, I could feel my right shoe getting tighter during the workout so I cut it short. Just really mad at myself and just can't wait to lift again. |

Squats 205x5 230x5 260x10 300x5 135x20 Sumo Deadlift 375x5 375x5 375x5 Weighted Situp 35x19 35x19 35x19 35x19 Farmers Walk 75ft 235x1 235x1 235x1 (each hand) Notes: Felt really good today, the day before I did nothing since I could barely walk. After a day of iceing and staying off my foot I was able to walk normal and put on a shoe. I recieved my creatine in the mail today so I used 5grams before workout and 5grams after. Had a great surge of energy, not sure if from creatine or day of rest. 11/6/11 10 forty yard sprints Notes: Foot was feeling fine again today took 5 grams of creatine before workout none after. My foot started to hurt about the second sprint in, by the time it was over it was a little swolen. Its back to normal now, its weird squating doesn't bother it but running does. |

Bench Press 190x5 215x3 235x4 Chinup 45x10 45x7 45x7 45x7 CGBP 210x5 210x5 210x5 EZcurl supersetted with Dips 100x12 BWx15 100x9 BWx8 Notes: At first today felt pretty heavy but by my final set on bench it felt pretty strong. CGBP fetl really light, was very surprised. I really don't know why I did the superset, I just felt like it. Next week will not be doing that, also I am switching to 10 grams of creatine before workout and none after since I think it is affecting my sleep. |

Deadlift 320x5 355x3 395x7 but last one had a really bad hitch Powerclean 185x3 185x3 185x3 Anderson Squat 225x5 225x5 225x5 Situp 35x20 35x20 35x20 35x20 Notes: Wasn't feeling strong today, was planning on going for at least 8 reps on deadlift with 7 good ones. I know I shouldn't be complaining but still. Anyway powerclean felt much lighter than last week which really surprised me, maybe because I just did DL. Anderson Squats were much easier this week once I got into the flow of it. |
