Awesome work as usual!
Ever try turning your belt backwards? I found turning the buckle to the back made deadlifting in my belt a lot less painful. Also, I found that without a belt, I need to take a very deep breath, but with a belt, I don't take such a big gulp of air. I've also had success cinching the belt really tight and not taking a breath at all. Just a couple thoughts.

Only reason I did the jumps and walkouts because I wanted to do more leg work but couldn't think of anything off the top of my head. Will have more to do next week. Everything after the first 3 sets of squats only had 30sec-1min between sets. |
