me and byrd plan on doing a meet next month. we both always compete in the same meets unless one of us are hurt. It is a push pull meet in VA. Im going to bench and dead and i think JB will just bench due to the hamstring injury. My goal is to bench at least 500 and pull in the 700 to 725.

rack pulls, all of 3rd pin-and standing on a mat using traditonal stance no gear 2x5@135 2x5@245 1x5@335 1x3@525 1x3@615 1x3@705 1x1@755-moved mat squats 1x4@145 1x4@255 1x3@345 suit on (single ply centurion centurion) 1x3@445 1x1@535 straps up 1x1@625 1x1@715 very strong day for me. never done that much on rack pulls especially considering i wasnt wearing any gear and didnt have on dead shoes.
