accessory day 3 sets of bent over rear delt work stayed light felt my pec so didnt do much 3 sets of seated preachers- weight varied and did 10 to 15 reps hammer curls 1x10-70lbs 1x10-30lbs face pulls using big bands. 4x10-20reps did alot of streching to help with the pec and did some rehab type work. used dmso and muscle rub to help pain.

came into gym to spot jbyrd while he squated. he did great and he went to 705 for a double. it was only me and him at the gym so i was his only spotter. i knew he could handle the weight so i was very comfortable being there alone. we squated alone for months before and had to beg people to show up just to spot lol!!! i did 135 for a couple sets but my pec was pulling bad when i put my hands on the bar and crawled under neath. friday im gonna try to dead if my pec doesnt hurt!!

deadlift- no suit or belt today totally RAW!! 135-2x6-traditional pull double over hand grip 225-2x4-traditional pull double over hand grip 315-1x4-traditional pull double over hand grip 435-1x2-traditional pull double over hand grip 435-1x2-sumo stance regular grip 435-1x10-traditional pull regular grip Pec felt great today at the gym!! No pain so i just keep going with no suit or belt just to see how everything felt. i didnt expect the weight to be so light.

Not really about lifting , but its nice to see someone else who lives/has lived in Jacksonville NC. I lived there through most of elementary and middle school. Was on MCAS New River for most of it.

chest day Tried warming up on the bench today but had to go to flat bench flies due to my pec. 35lbs-2x15 50lbs-1x15 60lbs-8x20 v-pulls 3x10-15 straight bar rows 135lbs-1x6,1x10 225lbs-1x8 315lbs-1x2- i was tired lol. By the end of the workout my pec was feeling pretty good i just didnt want to push it too hard by benching heavy. I think i made the right decision. I also did alot of streching to help the pec. i sure hope i can squat on thursday!! Also my Rhino wraps came in 36" long. Used them a couple sets and i like them pretty good so far.
