Monday- Legs Tuesday - Arms Wednesday- Rest, ab Thursday- Back Friday- Chest, shoulder Saturday- rest Sunday- rest Hiit on Wednesday's. lit cardio 30 min before lifting weights and 30 min after weights. My rep scheme will be around 8-10 reps. Last edited by james2012; 08-01-2011 at 10:47 PM. |
