Abs today didn't really record today's ab workout cause its a bw circuit. Hiit for 20 min on a full incline, calves felt the burn. Back tomorrow

well im going to have to stop my workout because i started taking mma classes here http://www.doggpoundmma.com/mma_training_Schedule.asp and my strength an condition coach is making me a workout and i will have that workout when i go to class tomorrow.
