Tris and Bi's Workout time 1hr 15 min Close Grip Bench 135x12,12 155x10 185x8 drop set 135x5 Push Downs on Lat machine due to my height 36x20 48x12 60x12,12,12 drop set 36x20 Cable Kick Backs(The weight is inflated due to the weight not being as heavy as they are marked) 37x10,10 50x10 62x6 drop set 37x6 Biceps BB Curls 65x10,10 95x7,5 drop set to fail 45x10 DB Giant Sets 45x5 35x6 25x3 45x5 35x5 25x5 Machine Preacher Curl 40x20,15 finished with some core work |

Incline Bench 135x15,15 185x12 225x6,4185x11 drop set 135x5 Incline DB Flyes 65x10 75x7,7 drop set 45x8 Decline Bench 185x12,12 255x5 drop set 135x20 Bench (speed set) 135x10,10,12 Machine Flyes 240x15 260x15,12 312x8 drop set 200x8 This machine is also not right on the weight Finished up with core work I was a not really into the workout today. I thought I had lost my wallet.(couldnt focus on workout) |

I'm going to try on of the Lee Labrada workouts Friday morning. I can't remeber who posted the link. but thanks. I'll update my log and I promise I'll post some before and mid pics this weekend. I might edit out my face for my own protection. I'm sorry ,but I think you guys can understand.
