Time: 50 min Notes: I am upping the anti in terms of supplements a bit. I finished my T-Bomb and decided to order seom Propadrol as a replacement. I also used a pre-WO (simple CGT) for the first time in months. The energy from the CGT was nice and I'm hoping that the PH will help me achieve both PRs and decreased BF. Squats & Pull-ups - 30 seconds rest 225*10 & 5 315*5 & 5 405*3 & 5 455*3 & 5 475*3 & 4 495*3 & 3 Seated Hammers & Preachers (w/fat gripz) – 30 seconds rest 20*10 & 45*10 25*10 & 45*10 30*8 & 45*8 35*8 & 45*5 Cable Pulls, Calf Presses & Leg Curls – 30 seconds rest 200*20, 345*25 & 165*10 200*15, 345*20 & 195*10 200*15, 345*15 & 210*10

Time: 60 min Notes: Well, this should be my last gymless session ever. My mom is gonna start watching Abby so I can get to the gym, until I have my home gym going anyways. It was pretty good, although the walk was a bit rough as I had a toddler on my shoulders most of the way and a poodle on a leash the entire way. Knee bends, Elevated Push-ups, Sit-ups & Pull-ups - 30 seconds rest 20, 20, 20 & 10 20, 20, 20 & 10 20, 20, 20 & 10 Walk - 45 min covering ~3 miles
