Notes: I am upping the anti in terms of supplements a bit. I finished my T-Bomb and decided to order seom Propadrol as a replacement. I also used a pre-WO (simple CGT) for the first time in months. The energy from the CGT was nice and I'm hoping that the PH will help me achieve both PRs and decreased BF.

It was pretty good, although the walk was a bit rough as I had a toddler on my shoulders most of the way and a poodle on a leash the entire way.
