MADCOW!

I started the Madcow 5x5 this evening. This is a pretty drastic change to my last routine, but sometimes dramatic changes are good. I'll probably run this routine into late october/early november, maybe even longer depending on how it goes.
It starts with a much needed(for myself at least) 3 week deload, and doesn't really start pushing the envelope until week 4 or 5.
Last time I did this routine the results were excellent. We'll see how it goes this time around.

Madcow is an awesomt template Josh, as you know. I will definitely be following this and seeing how you get on. A proper strength routine is something i am thinking of for end of the year

Thanks Carl! We'll see how it goes. I think a true "strength" routine is great to run after months and months of a "muscle building" routine. In my past experience, the body reacts well. Thanks for all the support!
