rotations and stretching
Squats: BarX some 95X5 115X5 135X5 175X3 185X3 195X>3 (Got 10) Ramping Singles: 225X1 255X1 275X1 295X1 315X1 335X1 Cardio: 60 seconds at 3mph 60seconds at 5.4mph 14 minutes total Notes: Got a wild hair and decided to work up to a single that felt heavy. 335 felt amazingly light, but I decided to stop there and see how my knee feels tomorrow. All in all very happy with this workout. |

Diesel crew warmup, some plate swings
Strict press: Bar X some 95X5 115X5 140X3 Push Press: 185X3 205X3 225X>1 (GOT 4) PR Seated DB Arnold Presses: 40'sX10 45'sX10 50'sX8 Hammer Curls: 15's X a bunch 10's X a bunch more 8's X a metric fukton Preacher Curls: 55X10 45X10 Cardio: Couch to 5K, Day 1, Week 1 5 minute walk 60 seconds running at 5.5 mph 90 seconds walking at 3.2 mph Did that 7 rounds 5 minute walk Notes: I am really happy to get 2 plates over my head 4 times. I had half a thought to try 250, but I was pretty tired after my set of 225. |

Rotations, stretches, foam roll
Skipped power cleans tonight. Deadlifts 135X5 165X5 195X3 245X5 280X3 315X>1 (GOT 3) Ramping Singles: 345X1 375X1 405X1 425X1 Chinups: BWX2X3 Assisted Chins: 100 assistedX3X5 1 armed DB Rows: 50'sX3X8 Notes: I stopped at 3 on my AMRAP set to save a little energy for singles. I went in with the attitude that I would be really happy with a 375 pull. I pulled 375 like a speed pull, went to 405 and it flew up too. I had to give 425 a shot, it went up fast and relatively easy. I decided to stop there and gauge knee pain tomorrow. I have a meet coming up on the 27th and I am thinking about opening at 425. Really happy with todays workout. |

Couch to 5k Day 2 Week 1 on treadmill
5 minute walk to warmup 60s at 5.5 mph 90s at 3.3mph rotate through 8 cycles 5 minute walk to cool down stretch and rest for a few minutes Stepmill of death 75spm for 45s 35spm for 75s rotate 7 times after the feeling of death passed i stretched and left. |
