Ok a quick update:
I have been sick all damn week. I have skipped all workouts up to tonight. I will do the deload of my deadlift and press. I may throw in some light cardio as well. I still feel pretty crappy but i need to get some bloodflow going to hopefully kick whatever I got running through me out of the system. |

Diesel crew shoulder warm up, rotations, foam roll
Strict Press: BarX10 100X5 120X5 145X3 Push Press: 145X5 160X5 170X5 Deadlift: 135X10 160X5 200X5 240X3 Speedy deadlifts: 240X5 260X5 280X5 Notes: Nothing special to report here. Did my sets, stretched out good, then left. I still feel like crap, but feel slightly better. |

So I didn't do so well today. I got zero on the log, only about 25 feet with the yoke. I did the harness pull in 39 seconds after almost faceplanting. I got 3 reps with the Hummer tire deadlift, but only loaded one stone. I will post vids and pics either tomorrow or Monday.
