First day home and tired . Took a short nap this morning then made myself get up around 12 .
took 1.5 scoops of c4. Had a nice extra kick compared to 1 scoop
Warm up on elliptical for 5 minutes

Squat warm up
90x5x2

145x5
195x5

RPT style like vinny
245x6( last week did sets of 3 with 250, messed up but it's ok as more reps were done)
225x7
215 x8
195x10
195x8. This turns into cardio But felt great to be doing higher reps again
3 minute rest on the squats.

Straight leg dead lifts with snatch grip
135x12
185x10
205x8. 60 second rest on these
Total time 40 minutes Had to cut grass this evening and it was almost 5 when I finished lifting.
Dropped dead lift off squat day, will do with back work Friday

that's the plan, higher reps yet still gettin in the heavier lifting on first set.

I cut grass in shorts and weather was perfect. I hope to get out on the lake with the wife Friday to work on the full body tab

Chest and tricep
Worked out fasted for 16 hrs
Took 5 grams Bcaa in capsule form pre work out and sipped on 2 scoops of hydromino intra work out.
Took 1.5 scoops of c4 30 minutes before lifting as well.

Wu bench
40 lb db's x10
135x5
185x5 with super ram to get use to it.

235x5 rammed
245x4 rammed
250x3 rammed
235 x2 raw these felt heavy after all the rammed work
205x7raw

Incline dumbbell press. ( bench has 3 incline settings)
40's x15 highest incline
60's x15 middle setting
70x 10 lowest setting .
I get a unnatural movement feeling with a barbell on incline bench. Also think I have a better range of motion and stretch on dumbbells. Will be using these for inclines

Chest dips
27.5+2.5 x 10x3.

Incline bench db flys
45'sx 15+5 lbs all sets
45's x12
45's x10.

Decline bench rip skulls
90 x10
90 x 10+1 rep
90 x8+1 rep

Single arm push down revers grip
10x15x2 same
15x12+5 lbs

Done in 65 minutes


The ram is great as it keeps my form better. Does not allow your elbows to flare. I went with a large and it's tight on my arms . Maybe a x-large would have been better but since I'm cutting right now maybe it will fit a little better once I drop some fat.
My plan was to use Vins RPT style for rep range but not being familiar with the ram I wanted to find my working weight. Once I got it I started ramping down .

I'm quite interested to see how all this Ram work transfers to your raw bench. I reckon I should get one soon.
