Loving the time change for boat work outs.
Really motivated today and even took my shirt off to work out. Bench on bowflex incline style 100x10 wu 250( 2 new 50 lb rods and 1 old 50 lb rod /side) 12,12,12,10 Bw dips 9x5 sets short rest made the 10th rep not happening on each set after bowflex Flat bench db press 65's x 10 x3 Bowflex chest fly 200x12,10,9. Bowflex flys are really great feeling Tricep over head extension 65x20x15,15. 2 bands push down single arm 10x3 each arm Total time 50 minutes Really enjoyed this session and kept all rest times really short. Did not count but close to 30 seconds for every thing .
