Well another work out that is ok but nothing to write home about. I know I have not eaten as much last week due to being sick and I lost 5 lbs so I guess it's expected to lose a little strength.
I also did not take any Creatine all week so maybe I'm seeing that too but I just feel weak. Bench 135x5 185x5 230+5 lbsx3x5 sets. Not a pr , Last month before I started cutting I hit 235x5 reps. I don't have that in me right now. Incline bench 135x10 155x10 175x6. Same as last time Dips 25lbs on belt x12,12,10. +2 on second set Db chest flys 40'sx15,15,10 Decline bench ez bar rip skulls 90+10x10,9,7. Added weight but down from 15 reps per set. Should have went up 5 lbs but 90 was already on the bar ![]() Single arm palm up tricep push down 10 lbs x 15,15,12 Tricep had a crazy pump after this . Lower back still feels strained from dead lift and squats yesterday, I thought it was a pump but it still feels strained. Tomorrow is an off day from lifting and much welcomed.

Well I like the concept of using bands or chains but since I work out alone this seems much more practical.

Well I have to say I felt much better tonight. Planned on just trying to at least lift as much as I did last time I worked back but it felt so good tonight , PR's had to be broken.
Bb row 185x5 205x5 240x5+10 lbs 255x5x2 +15 lbs 5 lbs over pr for weight. Neutral grip pull ups x bw 5x5 with versa grips as gripping right aggravates tendinitis Dumbbell row single arm 145x8x2+5 lbs Single arm seated cable row( neutral with a twist to underhand and a squeeze/pause) 35+5 lbs x20x3 sets Done in 40 minutes. Skipped bicep work after trying to curl just the 45 lb bar and fore arm was burning from tendinitis . Great work out tonight. Did not even cough durin this session

Thanks Steve. You inspired me to add weight to the dumbbell with your 160's.
My back has really taken off this year more then any other body part.. Thanks Jim. Tonight is Shoulders and then go eat with the parents at a steak house
