wow - 8 reps at 240 for Pendlays is spectacular and not even a PR! Upper body strenght continues to impress.

Thanks guys , we were in New Orleans last night and a friend of mine came down and met up with us . We were eating and I mentioned I had to buy size 38 waist jeans because my legs dont fit my relaxed Fit 36's. He said are you working your legs? I said yes, mostly just squats and dead lifts . He says " oh you should not do that , it's hard on your joints and spine to lift with weight on your back.". I just had to shake my head .
Awsome weekend .

Shoulders traps and fore arms
I missed yesterday so today I had to Make up for it but with a hangover. Did not look forward to it but could not miss and tomorrow is legs before going back on boat Tuesday. Wu Ez bar military press 90x10 Bhtnp 135x8 155x8 175x8 185x8 135x20 Think I will do these more often. Leverage machine press 115x12 185x5x2 new pr for weight on this Shoulder shrugs on leverage machine 205x20+10 lbs 255x20 345x20+30 lbs Side laterals 40x13 40x12 40x10. Bent over Rear delt fly 40x15 40x12 40x10 Wrist roll ups 5 lbs x 3x3. ( I count each time I rap the rope from top to bottom a rep) These smoked my fore arms in a good way. Total time 50 minutes .

Today was kind of a sucky day. I stayed up to 2:30 am waiting for my daughter to return home from atlanta with her dance team in very nasty weather . Woke up at 8 am and drank two cups of coffee my wife brought me. We stayed in bed due to nasty weather and watched 4 episodes of Sparticus . Did not have any water until I climbed out of bed at 1:15 to lift. I mixed my scoop of Dymatize's 2x pre work out formula. Then mixed my two scoops of hydro mino for intra work out .
I had not eaten anything as I am going to give IF a second chance on my cut as last time I lost a little more muscle then I had liked. I'm going to take it a little slower this time and also use bcaa's more on my fasted time. Wu for 5 minutes on elliptical Squat 145x5+10 195x5+10 245x3x3 235x4x2. Was going for 5 reps each of these sets but did not have it in me Dead lift 205x5 sumo style this set 305x5 355x4. Same as last, did not have an extra rep in me today Leverage machine squat narrow stance 185+35 lbs x20 Last time 150 x20 was not a great challenge so I wanted to go for more today . Will add 10 next time Done in 50 minutes
