I normally stick to the one rep at a time , the places I went more then one rep is places I have been feeling I had a bit more. Im hoping Im caught up now and will be back to 1 rep at a time. THanks Steve

WEEK 17 DAY 2
SQUATS 135X9 185X9 200X9+1 Bent over barbell rows 155x12 165x12=1 175x11 bhtnp 145x12 143x12+1 145x12+1 decided to finish these out Bench press 150x11+1 170x10 200x10 barbell curls 95x11+1 95x10 95x10 bw Dips 5 sets of 10 finished but struggled on last 2 reps of last set barbell calf raise 215x16 215x16+1 215x15 ABS ball crunches with 9 lb dumbell super setted with Leg lifts on power tower. Ball crunches with 9lb dumbell over face reaching for sky= 2x20 Leg lifts= 2x15 Before the work out I started out with 3 scoops of Scivation's NOVEM pre work out mix. (good stuff) Then did 5 minutes warm up on the Elliptical followed by 20 bw squats ATG. Bar x10 atg squats, 95x5 atg squats. Then on to the work out. This was a good session, I struggled on Bench press after mondays extra bhtnp reps and then again today getting the extra rep on the last set. It showed a lot on the last rep of bench and dips. STILL an A+ work out in my book. TOTAL TIME 1 hr 10 minutes.

That strong press is what holds my bench numbers back.
I dropped 25lbs off my bench from doing the bhtnp first. The harder I push on bhtnp, the more it effects my bench and dips,Benching has never been my strong point though. Im getting better at it but its still one of my weak spots.

Thanks Al, just been feeling good after my 2 week vacation. Time off really does wonders even though we hate to miss out on good work outs.
