Doing them right...depends on who you ask, lol ! Look great to me. I love explosiveness in lifts. Steve told me that the first time we got together, and it has stuck with me since! I used to do everything more slow controlled, feel the muscle, time under tension......bla bla bla. While there can be benifits to lifts like this, I've made more gains, and while cutting than ever before. Stronger than I've ever been. A great example is power shrugs. I always did the very slow, hold at the top for 3-10seconds. I've been doing explosive power shrugs a short time now and my traps look better already! To me that's visual proof of Steve's knowledge .

Today I woke up even earlier at 4 am. Had to be in new Orleans for 6:30 for field testing. Actually got to put out some fires
No I'm just getting training as a first responder on board a vessel as there is no one coming out in a fire truck to save you it was hot as heck in the turn out gear though .
Then I come home and tried heating my drive shaft slip yoke on my Trans am because it is twisted onto the output shaft of the transmission and will not come out. I have tried every thing to yank it out so I figure a cutting torch to heat up the yoke will make the metal expand and pull off.
No, did not work. What it did do was nearly catch the car on fire
I seem smoke come from inside the car so I had to Lower it down off my lift and hurry up and put out the rubber shifter boot. That was a close call and I feel like an idiot.

Focus was not on this work out bit I did ok concidering

Shoulders traps and fore arms.

315+60 lbs x25 reps. And 5 more reps then last time at 255. Felt good so went for it

Palm up wrist curl

75x15+10 lbs

Palm down wrist curls
45x20+10reps
45x20+8reps
45x15+3reps

Done .
Took about 70 minutes tonight. From start of warm up till finish.

Lol, thanks Jay. I twisted the yoke on the driveshaft . It happens from having high horse power, good traction and a heavy foot and fast shifting
It's not the first one I have twisted but by far the worst.

Looks like I have to pull the Transmission out of car and cut the yoke off withs saws all


The lifting was ok tonight , howeve I like Dymatize's 2x pre workout mix. Taste great and really gives off energy without the jitters .
