Thanks Jay, I felt ok lifting , endurance took a dive so I'm going to use this weight on squat and dead until its triples.

Just dawned on me. I also stopped all supliments other then multi vitamin while I took this break. No creatine so maybe it is why I lost some reps but hit the same weight ? Either way, I will get it back monday.

Chest and tricep
Bench 135x5 185x5 205x5 225x3 same as last 4 weeks Go . 230x3+5 lbs. 3 min rest between sets(pr for weight , never even a single at 230) [youtube]54E1TOiJMFQ[/youtube] Incline bench press 135x10 155x10 165x10+5 lbs2 min rest on sets Body weight chest dips235 lbs dressed 12,12,10. 60 seconds rest Cable chest fly single hand each side 20x5 reps 10x12 x2 long negatives Decline bench tricep extension( rippetoe style) 70 lb x 15,12,10 Reverse grip single arm tricep push down 10 lbs x 12x3 sets. Slow negatives My cable weight seems light weight but my lat tower is smooth but makes weight feel heavier then it is. Over all very happy since I have not lifted heavy for a month.

Strong bench Chad! Can't really offer much of a critique because of the angle, but it appears as tho you are fidgeting after you attempt to create an arch. Keep those feet planted and get tight. make sure you also squeeze the life out of the bar and squeeze the glutes. This will help you stay tight.

Thanks Jim, rep 3 seems to be my breaking point and I get loose.
The floor up angle makes it look like a half rep as your buddy so kindly pointed out on the other sight . I came down to my chest every rep though. I'm gonna work on some singles or doubles for a while , build my singles up to 10 singles and add weight. I use my incline, dips and flys for hypertrophy. First move for strength.
