TOday has been a bulking day. I have eaten everything in sight for some reason, Steak this morning that was left over from last night.(3am) scrambled eggs , sausage links on wheat bread sanwhich at 6:30 am, almost a whole bag of almonds though out the day just snacking even though I know better and thenat 1pm I had 2 pork chops ,green peas and corn.
On a positive note, I should set some knew best tonight on work out. STAY TUNED!

WEEK 17 DAY 1
i Knew I would have extra strength with all the muscle building food I ate today. Squats were ATG and felt great, Im going to cont. to progress from where I am but fell I could have went a little heavier. I just want to make sure form stays strict. Took 3 scoops of Scivation NOVEM 30 min before session Squats 135x9 185x9+1 200x8 Straight leg dead lifts went up on weight on first set so I did not have to swap again. 185x10= +10 lbs 185x11+1rep Bent over barbell rows had extra in me so went for it 155x12+2 reps 165x11+1 175x11+1 BHTNP 145x12+2 145x11+1 145x11+1 Bench presswith the extra shoulder press's I thought I may have trouble here 150x10 170x10 200x10+1 WRONG Barbell curls 95x10 95x10 95x10+1 BW DIPSsurely I should have stalled here after all that pressing NOPE!!!!!! 10-10-10-10-10 but I had to push for the last 3 on the last set Barbell calf raise 215x16+1 215x15 215x15 ABS 70 lbs cable crunch's 3 sets of 10 70 lbs on my lat tower is equal to over 100 lbs on most lat towers side knee lifts on power tower= 2 sets of 10 to each side= abs screaming for mercy after cable crunchs This was an awsome work out, total time 1 hr 30 minutes. Could have went quicker but 6 year old twins lifted with us. video of that to come I knew I would have more in me but I really feal I have been having a little more on shoulder press and rows for a while but did not want to mess up progression. Finished this session off with 3 sets of 15(35lb) kettle bell swings. My legs and abs could not take any more, I thought I would puke so I called it good. Now its eat and rest time

I am already starting to feel the presence of Uncle Doms In the Shoulders and upper back. I guess a healthy dose of extend will be on the diet for the day

THanks AL, I usually dont go past the 1 rep per session on exercise's because I dont want to jump to fast. I had a lot of energy yesterday and have been thinking that I could go more anyways so I went for it. Truth be told I could have done 12 reps for all 3 sets on BHTNP but chose to just do 2 extra on the first set and 1 on the others so that my bench would not suffer to much. Im glad I did not go all 12 , I may not be able to work out wensday if i had
