Ok so I woke up with DOM's in legs. Not bad but just right .
Chest work Bw chest dips 10x3 sets wu Incline dumbbell press 65's x 10x3 Flat bench 10,10,9. Last rep was all I could get with good form. All with 1 min rest . Chest fly on bowflex 50 lb rod each hand 20 x 2 sets 65 lb rods each hand x10 nice squeeze at top and slow negative on each rep. Very last rep I held out to side on negative for 20 second Bw dips(tri's) 12,9,8. Crazy pump Tricep push downs on bowflex 50 lb rod x 20x2 sets and done. Nice session

We were eating $200 + meals each day for the main meal. I ate so much I'm tired of eating bad but good food

thanks Jim, my endurance took a dive with those 2 weeks off . Those 65's get heavy real quick with short rest periods. Before i took the break i was doing my chest fly's and then the dumbbell pressing and on my 4 th set I went all out and got 18 reps on incline with the 65's. That was not happening yesterday, That 3rd set of 10 was a grind. Switched to flat bench to be able to go more. 3rd set was only 9 reps as the 10th may have went up but it would have been bad form.
Over all, im happy with the work I done, Next week I will be more ready and Im sure the higher weight less reps will not be as tough as the cardio for reps I done here.

First day off boat. Slept an hour after working late shirt last night and then stayed in bed with the wife all day.
Squat 135x5 185x5 215x3 255x2 265x1+5 lbs 265x1 225x4 was going for 5 and would have had more but my butt hit the knee support for the pull down and lost balance. Oh well, after the long break I did not want to completely destroy myself today. Dead lift 165 x5 225x5 295x3 365x1 365x1 285 x5 (255 + chains on each side for 285 total). This was just feeling out the chains will work these in more later 285x3 sumo with chains sumo squat for reps and speed 205x10x2 205x12 This all took an hour even . I was going to do some single leg squats but chose to stop here and add them back in Monday before I go back to work. Over all not bad concidering no rest and all the time off . Will live to lift another day
