Leverage machine standing press

Side lateral (single arm)
27.5x12x3 +2.5 lbs

Reverse flys single arm
35x12x3+10 lbs ( I do these on the boat with 35's but single arm feels harder)

Shoulder shrugs on leverage machine
185x20
240x20x2. All done with fast lift pause for 2 seconds and slow negative.
Traps were pumped

Fore arm wrist curls
27.5 x 20x3

Not sure what it's called but I have a stick with a rope hanging with 5 lbs on the end of the rope. You turn your wrist to lower and then raise it.
3 sets of 3 rounds x5 lbs. fore arms feel used

Total time 50 minutes
