I had a good time doing full olympic cleans last night. The high pulls and front squats have helped.

Carl it is inconsistent . This routine has me changing weights a good bit so even taking the time to change weight only takes a minute or so.
I usually only stop for a breather on the heavier work sets.me and my wife did decide today that we need to cut the chit chat out and crank the music up. This is not social hour.

Steve I will post a picture in a month or 2, three months on this routine is bound to change things. I stay hungry and have put on 3-4 lbs already in a month but I am not seeing any more flab. My waist has increased back up to 36" but the side bends are building my obliques pretty quick.
This routine hits the core hard and sometimes I don't want to even do ab's after so o do just one move to satisfy my mind.

I'm gaining weight as well Cleep, but not seeing much added pillow on the waist. Having a lot of fun with this program.

How is it that this strength based program would be packing on muscle compared to the reeves that is more size based? I find my appetite to be needing more food to satisfy me now then before or I just gave up. Not sure which yet.

Lifting heavy = Growth. Period.

i think if more people worked in a lower rep range they would see some good gains, trouble is it is in the majority of the worlds head that 8-12 = grow. 4-8 = strength. Personally i dont think there is as much correlation as that, just lift as heavy as you can in a rep range that you enjoy, eat a lot, stay consistant and you will grow.

Carl.

I think it's good to change up toe each from time to time. I am seeing growth in my arms again and not even doing curls any more. At one point they were 16.5 " but I had extra weight. Then leaned down and the arms got to just a little over 15" now at 15.5-15.3/4 " yet I'm just as lean. I'm eating alot but I'm keeping it clean other then last night I took my kids for menchie's frozen yogurt.
