well Tabata did not happen. I will do it at work tonight if I have time. Me and the wife took advantage of the day with kids at school so tabata took a back seat to team cardio.

week 4 day 2 Real results push pull press
Light Day dead lifts 5x135 5x155 3x185 3x205 3x205 High pulls 4x3x155 +10 lbs Squats 5x135 5x185 3x205 2x3x230 BHTNP 5x135 5x150 3x165 2x3x180 These felt pretty tough after going up on weight with high pulls. Dumbbell rows 4x6x90 Chin ups 2x10 xbw(220 dressed) I felt strong on these today. Dips 10,10,10,10,9.5= just did not have enough to get that last rep finished. abs, cable crunch's 2x15x70 lbs knee raise 2x15 I had good energy today, I used dymatize expand extreme pump but let it kick in for about 30 minutes then I done 5 minutes on the elliptical before lifting. Total time today was 1hr and 20 minutes. I dont time out my rest times but I dont feel that I take to long of breaks. A lot of my time is spent changing weights on the bar and helping my wife do her sets. I think its just the time it takes for the 2 of us to get it finished.
