Solid work as i have come to expect from you Cleep'... i have done tabata intervals before, they kick my arse, but in a good way

well Tabata did not happen. I will do it at work tonight if I have time. Me and the wife took advantage of the day with kids at school so tabata took a back seat to team cardio.

I felt strong on these today.

I had good energy today, I used dymatize expand extreme pump but let it kick in for about 30 minutes then I done 5 minutes on the elliptical before lifting. Total time today was 1hr and 20 minutes.
I dont time out my rest times but I dont feel that I take to long of breaks. A lot of my time is spent changing weights on the bar and helping my wife do her sets. I think its just the time it takes for the 2 of us to get it finished.
