Pretty darn good day today. Squats were good, bench was great, and some good quality rows too.
Power Clean 95 x 5 145 x 3 x 3 Squat Bar x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 2 285 x 1 285 x 1 - a little high 285 x 1 285 x 1 315 x 1 - felt easier and a little better looking than last time 245 x 4 245 x 4 245 x 3 DB Row - Gotta work on getting my reps up with these 70 x 8 70 x 8 Bench 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 205 x 1 180 x 10 180 x 8 180 x 5 - 23 reps, PR , done on low bench so a little less leg drive

Lower body has been good for the most part. Last week my lower back felt beat up, but not injured. Just sore and a little over worked. Had some cramps in the left hamstring this afternoon, I need to up my magnesium intake, but thats about it. I'm hoping to hit PRs the next few week on squat singles and then maybe back off on them a little and specialize more on the deadlift for 6-8 weeks.
