Nice benching Brute! 240 soon.
I notice different bench heights dramatically affect form with benching. Makes sense, though that you being tall you'd need a higher bench. How hard is it keeping your arch when you do bench reps? Seems like I get past 4 and I lose it. Do you hold your breath, too? Just curious.
