Thanks BtB. Its weeks like this that make me glad I didn't back of when it was tough the week before. Squat video, 295, felt pretty good. Feel like I had good depth. Fell a little forward, but not as bad as I had been

Just finished some light yoke work.
Yoke = 165# Distance = ~60 feet 165 x 2 215 x 2 265 x 2 - took about 15 seconds. This is very light, but I'm hoping to build from here without losing much speed. Edit: Video of the embarrassingly light weight. Still, my back feels good. No injuries!

Good deadlift day today. A few less reps than last time, but I will be upping the weight again next week.
Deadlift 135 x 10 225 x 5 315 x 3 365 x 1 - skipped this warmup last time 395 x 11 singles in about 10 minutes 395 x 2 + straps 395 x 1 + straps BTNP Bar x 5 95 x 5 125 x 5/5/5/5 - felt pretty easy except for the unracking Pretty beat by this point but did a little more back work Pendlay row - every rep was fast enough to force air out of me when the bar hit my abdomen 95 x 5 115 x 5 135 x 5 135 x 5 Kroc row? I dunno, but a 1 arm DB row, resetting after each rep from the ground 80 x 5 Maybe another time I will do more, but I was done for the day.
