Stability is pretty good on singles, but on reps I need to reset the bar each time or I can end up a little lopsided. Several months ago when I was doing push press more, I had trouble staying stable with anything over 135, but the only time I had much of an issue yesterday was missing my first attempt at 155, which made me stagger a step back.

Squats 45 x 5 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 1 275 x 1 275 x 1 275 x 1 275 x 1 295 x 1 225 x 4 225 x 2 225 x 4 10 reps @ 225, meet heavy day rep goal, 235 next time Bench Bar x 5 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 205 x 1 170 x 10 - Rep PR 170 x 6 - set up too far back, hit the bar on the catches and threw myself off 170 x 7 - 23 reps total, MOAR WEIGHT BB Row 115 x 10 115 x 5 115 x 5 I cut my rest times down a lot for rows as I was running out of time, same weight next rowing session
