So, if I were to grade my workout today, its a B+ and a D-. B+ if I go by the numbers I moved, D- if I go by how it felt.
Squat - ugh Bar x 5 40 # KB Goblet squat x 5 Bar x 10 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 3 275 x 5 doubles - huge PR, but each one felt impossibly heavy Bench - arg no legs left to help Bar x 10 - this felt heavy 95 x 5 - almost didn't finish these 135 x 5 185 x 3 205 x 3 205 x 1 - pinned, yay spotter 205 x 3 205 x 3 205 x 2 205 x 1 - massive lat cramp 205 triples are a PR BB Row 105 x 5 x 10 Fin Everything felt heavy and didn't want to move. I got it done, but damn today was nasty.

Thanks BtB. I'm considering splitting bench out from squats, or at least doing the rows in between to let my legs recover. Its more proof to me that I have to work on my conditioning.

Probably not a bad move. Sometimes I shuffle around loves to maximize recovery for the biggest lifts.

Fun with repetitions
BB Row 95 x 7 x 10 Power Clean 95 x 5 95 x 5 135 x 3 185 -> high pull to chest, couldn't quite catch, 3 x 3 135 x 5 Bench 135 x 3 x 10 135 x 5 (had hope for 4 sets of 10, but my triceps were giving out) KB Swing 40# x 10 per hand
