Decent day today. Played with a belt during benching, not sure it made much of a difference, but it certainly didn't hurt any.
Bench Bar x 7 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 205 x 8 double 205 x 2 singles Squat - these were ok, but having rocked squats about 12 hours earlier, I took it a little easy on them. Mostly, I tested depth with the belt on, and it felt pretty good. Bar x 10 135 x 5 225 x 3 225 x 5 225 x 3 225 x 3 225 x 1 - burst a vein in one of my fingers, go figure 225 x 3 My conditioning sucks, so I decided today is as good a day as any to start working on it. 1 mile on the treadmill, walk .1 miles, run .1, repeat.

I have no idea, in the middle of the rep, my finger felt like it was burning so I stopped and looked at it, and was already purple and starting to swell. I don't remember hitting it on anything, so who knows.

Its going well. I got thrown off track last week, but I'm back below my pre-binge weight. Down at 260, from 272 when I first began, so I'm happy with the pace so far. After all the wings and beer I had been back up at 266 at the beginning of the week, so 6 pounds this week, but averaging 4 a week so far. I'm going to try for the 255 or less by the end of the month, and I think I should be able to do it.

Enforced rest day today. I caught some sort of stomach bug and was up all night, and didn't think it was a good idea to squat given the symptoms. Giving IF a try now as well, since I pretty well have to not eat all day anyway. Thinking I may do IF 2-3 days a week and see how it goes.
