Lifted with some guys from my gym who are into power lifting tonight. The ring leader wasn't around, but had a pretty good time. Squats tonight, but they seemed pretty high to me. On the other hand, I got used to some heavy weight on my back and using a belt.
Squat 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 - PR 275 x 3 - PR At this point, we moved the pins up and the squats were a bit high. I need to video them to see how high though. 3/4 squats 225 x 5 245 x 4 Add belt 275 x 3 315 x 2 355 x 1 Good time, hopefully I can convert them to full squats. As it is, I'll run my usual program in the mornings and lift with them at night when I can.

Is there any way I can replicate that, or at least emulate the ab bracing without the belt? Any tips there would be appreciated!
