Yeah, a lotta win in here for sure. That deadlift number sticks out though! Massive. You're going to blow right by 1000, I reckon.

Thanks Guys. I'd been really babying the squat and then waiting a long time between sets, and I felt like I was getting much of a workout on the lighter squat day. Yesterday I was able to open the knees, drop between them, and push hard back up, and it completely changed the entire session. My plan for friday squats is to keep upping the weight until I slow down and have trouble making the time limit, then stop there until I get it feeling smooth and natural again.

And thank you to all of you. I've been down this past week after messing up my neck, then after finally getting back to feeling 100%, I messed it up again yesterday. I know that in another week I'll be back to being pretty good, but this level of constant pain is wearing me out and making me feel less talkative. The support I get from my family here at MAB is great, and really helps in the fight to keep on lifting.

And for the record, 495# yoke, 60 feet, 23 seconds. Trying it the second time is what did me in.

Neck/back are on the mend again, had a nice easy session today, more to just get out of the house than really train anything.

Leg Press
80 x 15
260 x 12
440 x 10
530 x 5
620 x 5
710 x 5
440 x 20

Lat Pull down - these stretched the area nicely
140 x 8/8/8

DB Seated Shoulder Press
30 x 10/10/10

DB Curl
25 x 25

Foam rolling upper back and hips, some stretching, and ended with 15 minutes easy going on the elliptical.

Neck is doing a lot better. No pain when I'm just lounging around now, its only if I move my head very far on way or another. Hoping I learned my lesson that I need to rest after injury, even if what I'm doing doesn't hurt right away.

Thanks OR. It was good to get in there and do a little. I think my previous leg press record was 710 x 2 with iffy depth. I'll take improvement where I can get it, and now have rock solid proof that squats do more for leg pressing than the other way around.
