Missed time limit or not that's great work. That will make you big and strong(er) in a hurry.

From 365 x 1 to 395 for 10 singles is good progress for the year. Must make you feel good and add motivation. Oh ya, love the truckload of plates you got. I'm jealous.

Thanks BtB. I'm looking forward to the day when 405 is a warmup on the way to bigger weight.

Its a great feeling OR. Anything past 365 was hit or miss, and now I know I can pull 405 whenever I want. My progress may have slowed some, but the progress I make now means more, I have to work harder for each jump now. And I'm super stoked about the plates. Between those and the ghetto concrete ones I made, I should be set for yoke and zercher carries for a few years to come.

Ha! Thanks Mike

So, a bit of a mixed session today. I think I may have to reset on the powercleans a little and work on my technique a little more. I can move the weight, but my form isn't so great. Hang cleans are much better, but starting from the floor is a different story.

Squats were legendary, for me at least. I'm very happy with my form today o n them.

Power Clean and Press
Warmup
150x3/3
115x8/8/8

Squats
Bar, 95, 135 x 5
185 x 5/5/5
225 x 1
135x14 - First 8 were fine, then it was brutal till rep 14. I finished that rep feeling like I was floating. Rep 15, my posterior chain gave out and I dumped the bar over my head. Worth it.

Dips
BWx 7/7/5/5/5 +1 rep from last week overall.

That was it for the day. Work has been piling the projects up, so no time for strongman training after the gym today.

re uploading the first one. some weird artifacts in it. still a little off, but its better than the first, maybe

Do you start to lose power cleans later in a set, or struggling in general?

Good stuff brute, on the PC's, try moving very slow from the floor, and explode when the bar is just above / around the knees by tripple extension (hip trust). Moving the bar to fast from the floor always messes up my cleans! Dont know if this is the issue but thought i should mention it.

Keep on smashing!
