We used a jigsaw to cut a hole in the bottom, then used lock-tite to seal it. Once that dried, we stuffed newspaper into the top of the pipe and one of us would hold the pipe steady while the other poured. The real secret is once the concrete is poured, to take a measuring tape and recenter the pipe. It will move a little during pouring, but once all the stuff is in there, its still easy enough to move it, but it won't move back from where you set it.

Hoo boy. I am a master of eating. Almost decided not to weigh myself yesterday. Came in at a solid 259.8 pounds, a gain of 13 pounds from last week. Its funny, because its a gain of 9 pounds from the day before. Beer is my magic weight gainer. Down at 256 today, expecting to hit 250 to 248 by the end of the week.

Good session today. Happy with all my lifts except the farmers walk, but I had no grip strength for them today. Not sure if i need to do them more often or something else. Squats were epic. Power Cleans went pretty well, my elbow was acting up again, but behaved during training today. No clue what I did to it, it seems to have a mind of its own...

Warmup - Seriously, it was maybe 55 degrees in the gym, so I spent a little more time on the warmup today to be sure.

Power Clean
145x 3 reps x 5 sets

Squats
Warmup
195x8/6/6

Push Press - wrists felt better on this today. Did a better job of catching the bar on my delts this time
160x5/4/3

Farmers Walk
130x60 feet, 30 feet
90x150 feet

Squat Videos. Warmup at 135, and last set at 195.

Ha, yeah, I'm good at gaining weight. I live in a state of carb depletion, and its always amazing how much water I can suck up in a single day. If I had eaten the same food, but no beer, I would have probably only gained 3-4 pounds that day. I still ate A LOT, but beer is magical for me. 2 pints of guinness, a large pizza, and a couple dozen wings later and I was ready to swear off eating for a week. Of course, I was starving in the morning.
