Currently I am thinking Deadlift from blocks DB Clean and Press/Snatch Tire Flip Keg/Sandbag Carry Medley Wheel Barrow run Farmers Walk Power Stairs These will likely be narrowed down to 4 events. Its tricky coming up with things they could do with the sort of equipment they have. Everything is rubber coated, and the event is supposed to be outside. I'm hoping I will be healed up enough to compete. |

Pretty good session today. All done in 45 minutes.
Bench/Row - Rows done after each set of benching Bar x 20 / Bar x15 95x10 / 95x10 135x5 / 135x5 155x2 175x2 / 135x5 185x1 195x1 / 135x5 195x5/4/4/3 / 135x5x4 - Bench PR + 1 rep. I think if I hadn't gone to failure trying for a 5th rep on the second set I could have had 3 sets of 4. Neutral Grip Chin BW x 2/2/2 - Different rack today, began with arms slightly flexed, but not my much. No swinging or jumping. Slow negatives Farmers Walk 120x100 feet x 2 PR Power Clean 135x5 - Still letting me knee rest up, but it felt good for 1 set, and no pain during or after. |

Saw the physical therapists at the University's Sports Medicine complex. They said my knee is pretty much fine, no real instability. Their guess was my hamstring caused the issue as its extremely reactive right now. Suggested another week off of heavy leg exercises and gave me some rehab work to do. External rotation is apparently tight and internal is a bit loose, and the hip flexors are tight, so will be working to correct that as well. |

Not exciting or pretty, but first round of physical therapy exercises is complete. Bridges, Abduction, isometric hamstring holds, and stretches. Doesnt seem like I should be this tired afterwards...
