Squat 135 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 1 325 x 1 - felt easier than 320 last week 305 x 3 305 x 3 - looked and felt better, + 5 pounds Power Shrug 135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 10 405 x 10 495 x 10 + 7 reps Leg Curl 110 x 12 x 4 -> + 10 pounds Ball Crunch BW + 10 x 21/14/12 Calf Raise 255 x 15 255 x 14 255 x 15 + 10 pounds

Haha, actually, yeah I added 10 pounds, was just body weight before. Once I can use a 25 pound plate on those, i'll switch over to declines or something, but my abs were too de-conditioned to get anywhere the first week.
