They should have curling comps at meets! Even if its just a fun thing that doesn't officially count. Sort of like a demonstration sport at the Olympics. I will make note of your promise for 30 reps for next week!

Sheesh man that 335 was buried. At the meet I think you should go for it with normal depth and then on attempt 3 load the bar and see what happens.

It's been a long time. I missed 225 about a year ago when I was going for a rep max. Other than that, not really, just unracked a few I knew weren't going anywhere and put it back. I don't think I've missed a squat single before.
