Thanks Jim! No rack yet, waiting until i move (about 4 months from now) to get any more equipment. Zercher squats might be fun, could do those with the yoke.

Indeed, 1 wheel per side is a great milestone on OHP. I remember just a few years ago my max was 95 and that was push pressing! Solid overall volume as well. I reckon it counts as cardio to help create that deficit. Who the heck wants to reduce food intake!!

Squat destruction today. I'm honestly numbed by the higher rep squats lately and need some time off. However, the reps have been working. So what to do? My plan for now is to use 275 until I can hit 30 reps over 4 sets, then jump to 295, etc. Give me some relatively heavy work at first, then grow into the weight for reps, and repeat. Just want to run it for a bit and see how it works.
