Thanks folks
Squatted again today, but it was too soon. Weight felt super light, but my left hamstring/inner thigh was bugging me pretty damn bad, so cut it short. Squat 135 x 5 225 x 3 275 x 1 315 x 1 - felt like 225 did a few months ago 245 x 6 - inner thigh was done Done. Not messing with things this close to the meet.

Thanks Jim! I felt a lot better after this. And I'm really enjoying lifting in the garage, I can finally push myself without fear of pencilnecked paper pushers whining because I'm making too much noise!
