In other news, I got another rep in at 455 tonight. This is what happens when my fiancee's friends come over and see the bar and say "wow, can you really lift that?"

Squats! Could let a week go by with no squats, so I got in and did some low volume work today.

Squat
135 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3 - finally looking better, was pretty tight going in
225 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1
275 x 5
275 x 3
275 x 3 - 9 of the 11 reps looked solid. 2 of them were a little iffy, but all hit depth. One thing I found is when the bar ends up forward, it tends to start forward and stay there. I had thought I was falling forward in the hole, but it looked more like I started forward at the descent and just stayed there.
